“One of the best in all aspects!”

“Cozy, sweet little retreat. It was a bit off the beaten path and for a few uncomfortable 8pm moments we thought we booked something that did not actually exist :) Well, it's real and honestly in comparison to six other places this one won us over. It's not a luxury place, but it is so clean and so well maintained with radiant heat and nice loving touches like tea bags and coffee and little squares of chocolate awaiting us. Beds were comfortable, bedding soft and the way the two bedrooms were...

“Absolutely stunning room and breakfast at the hotel across the parking lot was a bonus. The property is on the main road in town so the view is just OK but the location is unbeatable and it was very quiet at night. Only complaint was the lights... numerous switches and its not clear what controls what. And the fireplace ran out of fuel but we didnt contact anyone as we were only there for 2 nights. Wish we couldve stayed longer!”

“Arrived after two flights and a two hour drive from Reykjavik to be told they did not have a reservation for us and no availability despite having booked and prepaid six months in advance and having a confirmation from Expedia. Total disaster.”
