It is recommended to have an instruction on the use of the front door key. It is a bit trick particularly if you have never used such kind lock. The staff is very responsive.

Great location to downtown with plenty of space. We were supposed to receive check in instructions 24 hrs prior to check in but didn't. When we arrived I needed to hunt you the number to call to receive those instructions. Bedding was sparse with no extra linens to supplement the spare pillows and blankets. Only 2 towels provided and no toiletries.

We came to the apartment on a late ferry. It was easy to find and easy to self check-in. The apartment was comfortable. The only disappointment was that there was no information about the internet access. We were without internet and that was disappointing because we had no way to contact our family. I sent a message to the owner the next day but I did not hear back.

Spacious apartment

The apartment itself was great! Great location, spacious, comfy beds. Check in could have been better with a message for instructions just saying where to enter and which apartment was yours instead of awkwardly standing and then calling the property to get directions.

Loved everything about the property, it's a very nice, cozy 2-bedroom apartment. Very quick responses from the host. Only dislike was the back entrance being so close to dumpsters that were overflowing with trash, and additional trash left on sides of dumpsters.

Very communicative host- we realized we didn’t have our check in instructions but were easily able to reach our host. Laundry is not inside all the apartments but is present on the property. Would be awesome to have some towel hooks inside the bathroom for our bigger towels but otherwise had everything we needed!
