Marmara Region Vacation Packages for 2026

The staffs are racists and not friendly. They don’t have proper training of dealing with guest. They moved out my staff from my room in my absence. Rooms are narrow and noisy. No charging socket for IPhone. Lifts services are horrible. The manager of the hotel tried to be nice but end of the day the entire system is inefficient and full of poor service. I don’t recommend it.

Excellent management! Staff was really helpful. Especially special thanks to Beethoven who was available every point of time when needed. Breakfast was awesome and well served. Location is best 5-10 mins walk from main Sultanahmet area. Perfect place for quick stay! Thank you!

Istanbul is our favorite city, and we return every year. Without a doubt, The Westin Istanbul is the best in every respect—from its excellent location and exceptional service to its outstanding breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, and genuinely attentive, friendly staff. We stayed for 10 days, and the experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Being upgraded to a top-floor room was a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more special. While the entire team deserves recognition, several individuals truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable: Emre (Concierge): Emre was consistently exceptional, always going out of his way to help us navigate the city and find the best solutions for our needs. Tulay (Housekeeping): Tulay was incredibly attentive, quickly learning our preferences and anticipating our needs. Her care, attention to detail, and sweet personality made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. Nazli and Azur (Breakfast Team): The breakfast team was outstanding—attentive, proactive, and always eager to ensure we were happy. Nazli, in particular, stood out for her superb culinary skills and engaging, welcoming approach to guests. Azur also deserves special recognition for her attention to all guests. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire Westin team and its leadership. The level of service we experienced reflects a clear commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
