The lady at the front counter was extreamly slow and she read aloud that my card had been declined due to insufficient funds. “The hotel is very good overall, especially the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet, which is truly excellent. The staff are also friendly and attentive. However, I must say that the pool and sauna areas are not in good condition. During my stay of almost six days, the sauna either wasn’t working or was far too cold.
