Small hotel, fantastic location and very helpful staff. Rooms are small but we'll maintained. Coffee / tea provided. The hotel does not have amenities other than a bar/ restaurant. Also, it is located on a busy CBD street so it is , naturally, a bit noisy.

Location, location!! Helpful staff, kind, friendly, clean room, clean bed, clean bathroom, 3 restaurants to chose from adjacent to the hotel that offers a 10% discount if you dine with them. Walking distance to Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Museums, Botanical Gardens, Metro, train, buses, shopping district. Perfect, perfect spot!! :)

A good basic hotel-- neither fancy nor luxury. It is very clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is in an excellent location-- around the corner from Town Hall station, light rail, Queen Victoria Building, restaurants,... Circular Quay is less than a mile away: walkable if you want; public transportation around the corner if you don't. Thank you Travis for going over what services and activities were in the area. One downside is the hotel doesn't have guest laundry facilities. Bottom line, I would stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff, great location, luggage hold service was convenient and easy. Daily room service was nice. I felt safe in my room with the secure entry from the street. But Beds are not comfortable and cleaners missed small but important details in the room.

We stayed here for single night at the end of July. The room was small but clean and would have no qualms about staying here again. Unfortunately we missed out on eating and drinking at the hotel altogether due to other arrangements but what we saw looked great. This was a great relatively low cost option right in the centre of the city within easy reach of Town Hall Station and the Gadigal Metro station. The reception is a minimalist affair, the dining area upstairs from the main bar is surprisingly spacious and looked inviting. This isn't a hotel for an extended stay but 1 or 2 nights if your doing a theatre trip then this is a decent option for a place to stay.. No photos to share as I completely forgot
