The room was compact and well maintained . Looked in to an adjacent building and was a bit noisy , but not too bad . Comfortable and clean , so adequate for a few nights stay . The only bench was old and scratched and basic tea and coffee and milk capsules provided - tea was earl grey , not breakfast tea !

Really appreciated the staff's enthusiasm to help although the follow through was a little lacking! The location is outstanding and you couldn't ask for a better located hotel. The rooms were dated but renovations were obviously underway so hope is that the rooms can be updated somewhat! There is no restaurant/food onsite but enough local options to keep you satisfied. Overall recommended as a place to stay when in Sydney!

We stayed in a room that had 2 beds in 2 spaces, separated by a wall and a small staircase, and loved it. Never seen another hotel room like it. Also loved the drinking water on tap (sparkling and still), which was located in the lobby. Great location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was centrally located to haymarket and the capital theatre. Parking was close by also. The room was vlean and tidy. The only downfall was the beds. Way to soft and bouncy, firmer matress' would be better.

A newly refurbished hotel. Great pricing and an amazing central location. Stayed in a queen room which was compact bur perfectly functional and clean and tidy. Rooms were nice and quiet. Bed and pillows comfortable. A supermarket, China Town and Paddy's market on your doorstep and a short walk from central station. Friendly staff on check in. Will return.
