Vacations Close To Raw War Paintball Games

Room was very clean, bed was super comfy, breakfast was good, lots of choice. Reception staff were friendly. Hotel located well to walk everywhere. Close NCP car park.

We booked the junior suite it was in pristine condition and it was very nice too.

I have stayed at multiple IHG hotels, including this one two weeks ago, so I expected a much better experience. After our first night's stay, we specifically asked the receptionist before heading out for the day to ensure that our bed sheets and towels were changed. We were assured that this would be done, but when we returned, neither the sheets nor the towels had been changed. In addition, the TV did not work throughout our stay, and the toilet did not flush properly. When we raised these issues with the receptionist, he was extremely rude and spoke to us in an aggressive and confrontational manner. He behaved similarly when we checked out. This level of customer service was unprofessional and fell well below what I would consider acceptable. I will not be returning nor recommending this hotel for future stays in Manchester as I tend to be there every 2/3 weeks. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the standards I have come to expect from IHG hotels.

Booked for my daughter and boyfriend they had a great time they said the hotel was amazing
