“It is winter in Australia. The motel had the air con heat set at 10 degrees, no phone in the room. So no way of getting help at 3 a.m in the morning. The temperature was 5 degrees that night. No extra blankets either. I also called the motel before arriving and said I would pay in cash when we arrived. They used my credit card before we arrived, was not happy about that. Overall disappointed. For a small country town $203 a night ( standard motel room) I would not stay there again”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle.
