Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented with a spotless bathroom that was modern and well appointed. The hotels restaurant was outstanding, serving great food and the young guy serving certainly did a great job. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

Another outstanding stay. After a long day of travelling, you cannot believe how happy I was to receive a seamless check in, complete with a smile and welcome back! She was amazing! The room was excellent and absolutely spotless. Great firm and soft pillows, coffee machine A+. Some visitors may be bothered by James St traffic (or early guest departures). Checkout was just as good as checking in - he was friendly, professional and efficient. I do look at other options when staying in Toowoomba but always end up coming back to Platinum.
