“We had a lovely big room. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Nice towels. Big tv with netflix and amazon. It was really hot at night so we needed to sleep with window open but it's really loud due to traffic most of the night. Once asleep this wasn't a problem. Maybe earplugs would be useful. Lovely big bathroom and spotless. Shower could've been better. Not very powerful and found the temperature was a bit of a nightmare as either really hot or too cold. Couldn't get a comfortable temp. “The room wasn’t clean, the headboard on the bed was worn and ripped, underneath the bed was filthy and full of hairs, a previous guests glasses were left in the room, a small used soap bar used unhygienic and not enough for 2 guests, other items were also not replenished, despite having a previous stay at this hotel which was good this one did not live up to the previous standard and the member of staff on reception was also quite rude”

“A really beautiful unique stay, wonderful converted barn rooms with wooden beams, and the grounds are just perfect. Bridgette was an absolute delight, she was really lovely to sit and chat with and couldn't do enough for me, I would stay again just for how welcoming it was honestly.”
