“Let me start by saying this property is located in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. You wouldn’t be able to tell that be stepping inside the hotel. For labeling itself a wine resort and spa, we weren’t even offered a wine refreshment upon checking in. Any questions at the front desk were answered with bored and unhelpful answers. Just five minutes down the road we encountered a beautiful b&b we should have stayed in instead. Never again LOISIUM”

“Buena opción para explorar Maribor a pie dado que el hotel aunque está algo apartado (15-20 min) del centro tiene parking gratis. Es algo sencillo y las instalaciones anticuadas pero el desayuno es correcto para 3 estrellas”

“Super bien situado para estancia en Maribor. Está a 5’ del centro y muy bien comunicado con carreteras y parking. Magnífico desayuno y staff muy amable. Además, es un hotel nuevo con todas sus comodidades. Tiene un bar/restaurante en el piso superior con unas magníficas vistas al río.”

“The front desk person was rude when we arrived. Didn’t bother to greet us. Simply wanted our identification cards. When we checked out the person claimed we owed them money for beverages we did not purchase. We tried to dispute it with no success. We were in a hurry so we simply left, Awful experience.”

“This was a perfect place for our visit to Maribor. Fani & Rozi is located right at the river and just a short walk to the Oldest Grape Vine in the World. There are great restaurants, shopping and an entire city just steps away. A special thanks to Tinka (sp?) for her help making reservations with wineries. It made our trip so easy. Parking is steps away from Fani & Rozi, but note that it does run about 25 Euros/day.”
