Lovely hotel, comfortable beds and helpful staff

Lovely hotel in a good location to get anywhere you wanted to on foot or train. Staff were really helpful without being overly friendly. Would especially like to thank Jean Carlos Flores for the help with celebrating out 25 yearaedding anniversary

Great property beautiful vintage building great location

Very nice staff , a little too busy street especially at night .Made it hard to sleep . I didn’t like all the sirens and people hanging around late outside made me nervous , but the staff was very nice and made my stay more comfortable by moving me to another room. There is no coffee in rooms , which I’m used too , and the rooms are tiny . The only breakfast is coffee and a pastry , however you can get a discount at the restaurants next door . I think if you are used to busy city life you will like it. It has a cute boutique feel . Overall , it was a nice experience.

Wonderful stay. Opted to stay at The Verb to attend a RedSox game then leave for early morning flight. Let valet know of early morning departure. Valet parked car for easy access which avoided delay in morning. Check-in was smooth and we were offered a “to go” breakfast since we were leaving prior to start of breakfast. Room was themed and as usual very cool for music lovers. Great location, walk around block right into Fenway for the game. Room was comfy (and I am picky about bed comfort), clean, with extra water bottles available. Balcony was added plus. Staff friendly and always offering assistance to ensure good stay. Water pressure, shower, a/c working well. Having mini fridge and turntable with multiple vinyl to choose from is unique and appreciated. Restaurant attached had good food and drinks with accommodating staff. Bartender made a specific drink that was no longer on the menu. Highly recommend staying here. Did not use the pool this time, but have in past. Nice option in area.
