Visiting family in Greenfield and really only needed a spot with a clean bed. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hampton Inn. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't eat breakfast there, but did enjoy the free coffee in the lobby. Only odd thing about this hotel is its location. The entrance to the hotel is from the back of the parking lot of the 99 restaurant. Next time I visit, I'm staying here.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I liked the small table & comfortable chairs…& the good light. However, the bed was either improperly made or the sheets were too small as the corners would not stay put and the sheet wrinkled up on the bed during the night. Breakfast was a disappointment. The oat meal was under cooked & quite solid when I tried to ladle it. The bread was too big for the toaster and not very tasty. The property did not live up to my expectations There was noisy construction being done on the. Buildings facade.

Stayed here because everything closer was 2x the price. Had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Floor I was on (3rd) seemed newly renovated , commons areas were fine and at breakfast one of the staff was incredibly helpful. Restaurant next door was totally acceptable for a rural pub.
