All good except:
Wait staff should serve sugar, spoon and napkin with coffee, I had to ask for sugar, and then ask again for spoon
Also cocktail was served over brimming with crushed ice. This made glass and table wet and dripped on my clothes. Please serve drink in an appropriately sized glass and ensure outside of glass is dry.
Also please have a brief instruction near temperature control on how to change settings.
Front desk staff were very helpful!!!!

The reception staff concierge and even doormen were most helpful and knowledgeable. The lounge was beautifully appointed with fresh flowers and comfortable. The amenities in the room were a nice touch: water, snacks, sodas, coffee maker cookies.
Hotel is in a great location walking distance to the Royal Opera House theaters and restaurants including Covent Garden mall.
