We had a twin room which was small but had everything we needed. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. We left our luggage there prior to check in time and on our last day free of charge. For a trip to London where all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower this budget hotel is perfect.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs since they do not have a lift. And they did the same upon checkout. They even allowed us to store our bags for free after checkout since we were not going to the airport until 6 pm. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and St. Pancras Station is just a 5 minute walk. Would recommend.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was amazing, and we were in a quiet room in the flat across the street from the main office. The staff were all very friendly & provided fresh towels each day (even though we booked a rate without daily service). It was HOT in London during our stay, but we stayed comfortable with the 2 oscillating fans provided. VERY convenient to the Kings Cross/St Pancreas station, which was convenient coming from LGW. We used for the underground throughout our stay and then hopped on the Eurorail to Paris at the end of our stay. Highly recommend for simple, clean, comfortable accommodations.
