“On the whole it was good, breakfast good, plenty of choice, Room very nice, although the shower took some adjusting to the right temperature, No stair lift, so had to climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases, being in our seventies was hard work, 😫”

The restaurant, coffee shop and breakfast room mentioned in the right up were all part of the motorway services. Costa was good for breakfast. The breakfast room food was cold and awful especially trying to eat it with a wooden knife and fork.”

“The location was excellent, walking distance from town centre shops, pubs & restaurants. Hotel also had a car park and nice bar with a free pool table. Owner was very helpful with check in and explaining where everything was. It is not trying to be a luxurious hotel, but for a cheap room for the night to break up a long drive it was perfect for my needs. The only real negative I had is that the bed wasn't the comfiest but I still slept fine.”
