“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

“The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!”

“Was terribly misrepresented in the Expedia listing, which mentioned TWICE that it had TWO bathrooms but instead only ended up being one, and there is no washer and dryer - only a washer and a line dryer in the yard getting wet with the storms. The immersion shower appeared to be wired incorrectly - in order to obtain the desired temperature, the pressure went down to a trickle. And with no WiFi provided, communication was tedious at best when it came to conveying our concerns. The excuses...
