“My wife and I stayed at Burnbank Lodges for several days, to celebrate ourv25th anniversary. Campbell and Nina are welcoming, wonderful hosts. Their communication was excellent, and the property has lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the sound of the river outside and the peaceful location. If you like being off the beaten path a bit, Burnbank is a great option. Fort William is about 15 minutes away, which provides you with plenty of opportunities for a meal out. “A very enjoyable stay in this lovely quirky property in the gorgeous East Lothian countryside. V clean, everything we needed, lots of additional touches e.g. milk & oatcakes on arrival. You are in the middle of the countryside but 10mins drive to A1 & Dunbar & 30mins to North Berwick & Edinburgh. Highly recommended”

“Caravan was very clean and comfortable. A few things would further enhance the self catering experience such as a collander or seive for making pasta and rice. Overall the accommodation was as described and any questions asked of the host were answered quickly and fully. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - ideal base for walking up the east coast of Scotland, beach a short walk away, lovely towns to visit and good shopping nearby. The property had everything we needed - we had to buy a sharp knife, but other than that no problem. We found the wifi to be unreliable, sadly, so struggled to do more than a quick web browse.”
