“Did not appreciate a separate bathroom from our bedroom. We booked 12 months in advance and I am sure that I would not have booked if I had noticed that. Our room was situated at the top of the stairs which meant other guests walking past possibly as you were heading to have or return from a shower. Our room could also be seen from a public area (a small corridor from the main bar to the beer garden) which is not good especially for a woman. The hosts went out of their way to find us...

“Breakfast was good, staff were nice and helpful and clean rooms. It needs updating and some soundproof between the rooms and above floors.”

“Very comfortable bed we slept well and good shower. There was an unpleasant smell not sure what was causing it but everything else was good. We ate in the bar due to the rain and staff were very friendly and food portions enormous.”

“The property is in a lovely setting and as the sun was shining we enjoyed an evening glass of wine on the patio looking over the gardens and tipi. The restaurant, public areas and the bedrooms were all pristine and food of a great standard, when in the area we would definitely stay again.”
