“They dont do ur room everyday and dont have standard information on how to request for it. One day they made the room late in the afternoon while requesting in the morning. Next day they didnt do it and said we have to give notice 24hrs in advance. Staff is not that friendly except for maybe one person. The parking that was offered in the writeup came for a fee, not free (should have been stated) We took this because of the breakfast that was offered, there was no breakfast.
