Dispute my not so perfect checking in (I did over reacted as was bit tired) my stay in this hotel was perfect. Restaurant staff and hotel staff were more than attentive and helpful. Management offered complementary chocolate covered strawberries to smooth over checking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall good property and location. Cleaning staff and bistro staff were hit or miss. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Bistro breakfast was good but would be nice if opening hours were at 7 instead of 8. Rooms were spacious and lots of parking. Laundry service was excellent. Would stay again if in the area.

This was a great hotel for a first visit to St. John's, Newfoundland. It is only a couple blocks from the downtown making it walkable to shops and boat tours on the dock. It is clean, quiet and safe and really a beautiful smaller hotel with a spa and a private onsite bistro. The food was very good; they had gluten free options available for me and the staff make a great americano. Our room had a fire place, kitchenette with full fridge and a jetted bath tub. They offer room service from 8am until 9pm and had full meal breakfast options that were included daily with our expedia package. We would definitely recommend staying here.
