“Beautiful beach views, staff were so helpful”

“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal. “Loved that there was a little beach that was really nice to swim and snorkel a little bit. Accommodation itself was very spacious. Serelyn at the reception was fabulous. The dogs and cat around the place were actually so lovely and escorted us from room to breakfast.”

“Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great,the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time.”

“We stayed 5 nights. Loved the island and easy to get to and from on the boat. 3 minute ride. From there a 5 min walk to main road where you can catch a taxi bus to port vila 10 mins away.we stayed in the ocean view rooms which are brand new and more being built. Spacious in design and facing west. The resort is not new but well managed. Enjoyed our stay. Very laid back experience”

“There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point”

“Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

“Beach was great, food was average, when we checked-in we didn't have water in our room for several hours. Staff was very friendly.”

“We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”

“Nice resort, the staff were lovely. Be prepared to walk up hills to get to most accommodation and the main restaurant. At the moment there are no carts/buggys to take you, your bags do get delivered to your door. The food from the restaurant was good, however food and drinks were quite pricey. Our room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed.”
