“Stayed here many many times when working in the area and always find it clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed in room (207) as the window would not close and the room faces onto the busy main road which is very noisy. Also the TV was broken so had no choice but to listen to the boy racers and motorbikes outside instead. Just unlucky it was the last double room available. However that said I'm sure the issues will be rectified by the wonderful staff at Ponty...

“Location couldn't have been better. Spotless room towels plenty,and soft, love the little toiletries. Only couple of negatives the bathroom was beautiful, but needs bigger shower head spolit it abit, need towel rail next to the sink, and mayb shelf in the shower to put toiletries, and towel rail at the end of the bath.”

“This was our first holiday after 5 years due to severe illness. We told staff this as it was my sisters 10 year wedding anniversary and my mom's birthday who suffers with MS. They said something special would be organised. Nothing was. I asked at reception which then gave 3 Welsh cakes with happy birthday written on BOTH plates. Really disappointing. We live beetle in the room and gave it in a glass to reception. No glass was replaced. We stayed Executive no robes ( asked 3 times) no wellbeing...
