“The room was clean and seems pretty new. First night we couldn’t sleep because of a next room having three kids. Next day we complained and the staff were helpful and changed the room. We asked them someone to move our stuff but we came back late and we found no one moved anything. We had to Pack and to carry our luggage to a lower floor! There is no lifts in the property!!! My 13 year old had to carry the heavy luggage.
