We had a wonderful stay at the Break Hotel. Due to the weather we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities such as the pool, but would definitely stay here again- the property is clean and the roof top bar is a nice place to unwind. Breakfast was great too.

I loved this hotel. It was small and quaint and beautifully decorated. The morning breakfast was a 10/10. I wish I had been able to stay more than one night but I was on a tight crunch with my trip. I will definitely be back one day as I couldn’t get enough of this place. The soft snickerdoodle cookies were so good and a needed little bonus to this hotel stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the restaurant Chair 5. The staff were attentive, the rooms are decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We will be back!

We stayed at the Break for two nights during our trip to New England. The Break was an incredible find. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The roof top restaurant and bar were fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next time we are in the area visiting family. Excellent experience.

We stayed here last week and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable. Great bed and linens. The water stations on each level were very convenient and unique. The cookies were delicious and appreciated. The two shower heads were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal with Scarborough Beach a short drive away. The only thing I wish was different was that more hooks were provided in the room. I know it seems small but there was no place to hang the beautiful robes they provided or your jacket, hat or purse. But overall a great hotel, close to the water, in a lovely neighborhood.

Our first and not our last visit. Beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained property close to beaches and restaurants. The only minor negative comment was the unreliability of their so called shuttle to the 4-5 stops noted . We never saw it during our 2 night stay after trying once to use it. Everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The rooms are appointed with electric fireplaces which made it cozy. We didn’t get to eat there, the restaurant closes at 830, but it was a pleasant stay!

Staff was great. Room was nice and neat. Location was perfect. Walking distance, if you don’t mind a good walk, to the beach. Also a couple places to eat within walking distance. Not too busy around hotel. Parking lot is small but there was a business next door that was shut down so parked there with no issues. No ice machine but bar staff had no issues filling up the ice bin. In our room the a/c unit was above the bed and blew on us all night. That was a little challenging to regulate. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend the hotel and area.

A great place! Room was fantastic, large and clean with a fridge, coffee, creamers etc… My friend sat in front of the fireplace all night. The heated pool and sauna was awesome. Breakfast came with a mimosa or Bloody Mary. Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean. A water station serving still, hot and bubbled water on our floor, fresh cookies and a fridge with ice.
