“We had a wonderful stay at The Insignia. Felt very modern and high end, but at a reasonable price point. Nespresso machines with pods provided in every room, plus a water carafe to refill at the bottle filling stations on every floor (we LOVED this). “We arrived at 4:00pm (checkin is at 3). Our room was not ready. The clerk at the front counter seemed like she absolutely had no interest about being at work. The Boston pizza in the hotel has terrible service. We also noticed a small baggy on the armoire when we were leaving. We didn’t touch it. You know what kind of baggie I mean. All and all it was terrible. We have stayed there so many times and will not return.”
