“Lovely ‘simple self-catering’ in the heart of Dartmoor. Great set of appliances to have a nice coffee and brekky in bed! Coffee and non-dairy milk included - thank you Terry :) we really enjoyed our stay and had a super sleep. The hot tub looked inviting but the weather was just a bit too miserable for us to venture out there. Next time!”

“After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was! Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food.”

Lovely breakfast , with plenty of choice ....and to top it off, two sociable cats add a real homely feel. Will definitely be back !!”

“The owners were so lovely took time to come and speak with us, interested in what we had planned. Our room and the hotel were very clean. Nice to have the outdoor pool, with pool towels, attention to detail was the best. Pre ordered breakfast meant it was quick and hot. Would totally recommend this hotel x”

“Our first mini break away alone, in 13 years and it didn't dissapoint. Anne is the most lovely host, so organised, courteous and kind, nothing was too much trouble. We were a little hot in the small double room, however Anne quickly provided a fan that assisted well. Breakfast was very tasty and scheduled for a time to suit us. Anne was very accommodating to my intolerances and catered with alternative milk and yoghurt. When booking I was unsure if booking the pool would be inconvenient,...
