“Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too.”

“Tienen bien desayuno”

“I LOVED this hotel! It's so clean, the room had no musty smell that some of the other places I stayed had which I was relieved about. The room is big, the pool and nature around the property is gorgeous. I had a delicious fruit and watermelon juice breakfast. Its across the street from Icon Bali which is wonderful, but its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach and everything you could need from here. I would def stay here again.”

“Los bungalows son muy cucos, pero al hotel le faltan servicios. El servicio de piscina muy escaso. Flojo en general.”

“We had a very pleasant stay at Prime Plaza Hotel in Sanur, Bali. The hotel is very large and offers many amenities, including a huge swimming pool and spacious common areas that make the experience very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. While the hotel is not ultra-luxurious, it provides everything needed for a relaxing stay at a very good value. One of the things we appreciated the most was how peaceful the atmosphere felt. Even though the property is enormous, it never...

“Super schönes Hotel , das Personal immer freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden mehr als erfüllt. War sicher nicht das letzte Mal”

“Lovely staff, no food on premises have to walk about 200meters to breakfast down to the beach. Lovely pool and seating area. Have to use stairs to go upstairs to the sun lounges . There are sun lounges under cover as well. Rooms lovely and spacious with lovely art work on the walls. Close to everything .”

“Muy agradable ”

“It was a tranquil place inside the homestay. Busy part of sanur during the day due to proximity to the sanur harbour. Perfect location for taking ferries to the islands. Lola and Ray were very nice. Cats on site were super cute. Feed them if you go there❤️”

“Fantastic location only a couple of mins walk from Sindhu Beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was delivered to the villa each morning. Lovely to be able to enjoy the private pool at any time”

“Excelente servicio e instalaciones preciosas, la ubicación quizás no es tan buena, pero tienen sevicio se transporte a la playa. Repetiríamos sin duda. Excelente servicio de coche con conductor para excursiones”

“The hotel has an excellent location in Sanur, which is probably its main advantage, especially for a short stay of a few nights. The staff were also consistently polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms are in clear need of maintenance. There were signs of damp and water damage, and the overall standard of cleanliness was disappointing. The bed linen was clean, but the room and especially the bathroom needed much more attention. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell and...

“A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.”

“Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend”

“Breakfast was included with my room but I had a day trip planned before breakfast started. The front desk was helpful and arranged a breakfast made the night before for me so I could have my free breakfast still.”

“Todo correcto en la calle principal y a 2 minutos del mercado nocturno de Sanur.”

“Ruime, schone villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima locatie, rustig en centraal. ”
