My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.”

“We had an awesome time at The Tamarind. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, even with the rollout bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and friendly. The only thing was the location, which was a short walk to the nearest beach. As the hotel is built on a hill, there are lots of steps to get to your room and the pool, but the views are worth it! Thank you for our stay. Anita”

However, despite the high price we paid for our stay, we were barely able to enjoy the pool because it started to empty in the middle of our stay. The hotel staff told us that the next day they would solve the problem, which was the case, however we could not properly enjoy our honeymoon, and they did not offer us any other type of alternative or discount on the price, for not having enjoyed the stayed as expected. “We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. “Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island.”
