This property offers excellent value for money and is very well located. The property is a little old and the rooms are comfortable but need some renovation. The staff are wonderful and the buffet breakfast is excellent. It is in a great location, it is right on the beach and centrally located.

Great location, right on the beach walk, only a 5 min walk to the icon mall and right beside the turtle conservation centre where you can release a turtle back into the wild for a small donation. Breakfast was good, just enough to get you up and going for the day. Pool was large and a great place to spend the hot days, staff are always helpful. We stayed in a suite which was more than plenty of room for a couple, there’s a massage centre at the hotel which provided a great relaxing getaway from the hot days. We would stay here again if we were to stay in Sanur.

The gardens were beautiful and well kept, the main pool was clean but the kids pool was yuck, bathrooms were really dirty with mould in the shower. Food for breakfast was basic and restaurant food was very average. I probably would t return die these reasons.

Just like to add to the many reviews already made for this 70, yes 70 year old property.it is well and truly past its use by date, very worn and , I believe,beyond repair. No hot running water..was fixed ( a little) after complaining,putrid sewer smells in bathroom, really slow drainage, mould,cracked tiles,bed really hard, and I mean HARD ,old grey linen and towels. Staff are doing their best to keep it going but obviously the owners are not spending a penny to oblige. Location is great with heaps of food choices but PLEASE book elsewhere for soooo much better value.( I know , we checked)

The Hotel has great staff and a good location, the deep pool was clean, the kids pool had a yellow ting to it but I think was clean. This seems like a resort for older people which is fine- relatively quiet. The main issues are the bathrooms both in the rooms and near the pool- definitely could use some upgrades, even just a new clean shower curtain for a few dollars would help and a new toilet seat. The breakfast was not good, cold food everyday and the coffee is really bad( we had great Bali coffee at our first hotel) the only thing that was good was the watermelon.
