Overall a nice place to stay in pismo. Clean and bed comfortable with a thick comforter. Front desk was helpful. Walls a bit thin, but with the air conditioner fan on It muted any outside noises. Updated bathroom.

right off the water just like in the pic with amazing view and will stay there again, however, note that the rooms are noisy so i would try staying in one of the single story cottages, older property but clean and comfy and the staff was nice and helpful.

Price was right. Property was ok. Bedding was good. Overall property a bit dated
