It was OK but I noticed that the cleaning lady only emptied my trash and supplied a new towel. However, did not resupply the coffee, the soap, and did not make my bed.

The tennis clinic was amazing we had the pleasure of working with coach Ed he immediately corrected a lot of my errors in one session we are definitely coming back for more tennis clinics

I was disappointed with my experience overall. Before arriving, I emailed about early check-in and transportation but never received a response, so I had to call. The staff member I spoke with was rude, which already had me questioning my stay. When I arrived, the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. I asked if my daughter and I could leave our bags until check-in, and it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I left and came back around 3 p.m. Thankfully, Sandra at the front desk completely changed my experience. She was kind, attentive, and when I asked if I could grab my carry-on for my charger, she checked my room, saw it was ready, and gave me my key. I shared my earlier frustrations with her, and she was genuinely caring. Sandra deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, and my room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The biggest positives were the convenient location near the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants, and the shuttle drivers, who were also very friendly.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was amazing. The lady that does. The breakfast is like your grandma who wants to make sure that you’re fed enough. All the staff was extremely kind all the way from the front desk to the housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. And let me not forget to mention that this hotel is freaking spotless. 10/10
