Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. “I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“Casino, the room, the staff were great. I just did not like the part when I asked if I can get points in my Solaire card for the 2 rooms I reserved and paid for through hotels.com, the front desk person said no because those were booked through 3rd party. I really think they should still honor the reservations as way to earn points because at the end of they day, Solaire gets paid for those reservations.”

“Decent rooms. Staff didn’t seem to know how to handle short term guests. Credit card processor didn’t work. Had to find cash. Too far to walk anywhere so alway had to take Grab”
