“Gerard and his wife went above and beyond. From when we arrived to inquire about available. We were ask to join them for dinner. We had already purchased are food. But the gesture was fantastic. Gerard was also helpful in directing us how to hike to the near by waterfall. I unfortunately didnt take any pictures of the property, but please take my word for it, it is well worth the stay. ”

“Great value, very nice room and room service, handy location, although would be good if you could rent a motorbike. Air conditioning in room was great, though the rest of the hotel is very hot but not a big deal given they are obviously saving energy.”

“Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. ”

“Llegamos al rededor de las 9 de la noche y la recepcionista (Nathip) fue muy agresiva y no nos quería dejar entrar si no le enseñamos la reservación en el celular. Ni siquiera pregunto por nuestros nombres. Decía que no podíamos estar aquí y que no había campo. Al final, vio que si teníamos reservación y nos dio la llave sin mayor explicación sobre las facilidades y amenidades del hotel. Fue muy desagradable. “Fabulous! I had a pool access room and it was great to avoid the crowd at the main pool. I did go to the beach twice which was nice, but I preferred the quiet. Staff was helpful and did a great job. The area around the hotel is great - tons of places to eat, get massages, etc. I plan on returning the same time next year!”

“el hotel necesita una actualizacion, es un edificio moderno pero necesita mucho mantenimiento, da la impresion que han hecho renovaciones pero parciales (rodapie es antiguo). Las toallas de muy mala calidad, viejas para un hotel de esta categoria. El desayuno un sinfin de opciones. El hotel deberia implementar un sistema para que los huespedes no reserven las hamacas de la playa durante horas por la mañana sin estar presentes”

“Reservamos la villa con piscina privada y estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable y nos dieron un late check out el dia de salida. El hotel solamente tiene un restaurante que es un poco caro pero a 5-6 minutos caminando por la larga playa hay restaurantes con buenas opciones. El hotel es familiar pero es muy tranquilo y en una buena zona a 15 mins de Khao Lak village. Totalmente recomendable”
