“Pretty basic guest house type hotel. Our room was nice and spacious with a jacuzzi bath which was good, it smelt of bleach when we arrived but we left the fan on which sorted that. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The floor was squeaky from the damp under the laminate but that is like many places in Brighton with the sea air. It was a last minute booking and was fine for our needs, with ample tea and coffee facilities (unlike many places that leave you the bare minimum). The only thing that...

“Great location for visiting Brighton. The room was small, but very pleasent. Unfortunately there was a greasy KFC bag left in the corner of the room upon arrival, which was not great. I would stay again.”
