“Staff were amazing,extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Food was good, Great breakfast and good choice in restaurant if you are eating there in the evening.
Only slight problem was poor phone signal and hotel WiFi only worked in the car park.”

“After a long day of Hadrian Wall walking all we wanted was a shower, alas ran out of hot water after 5 min. I’ve never run out of hot water at a hotel before anywhere in UK until now. And it didn’t warm up again until following morning. Very really disappointing to say the least.
Also, our room didn’t have a door in the bathroom area. Just a toilet right around the corner from the bed, not even a sliding partition. We’ve been married a long time but still don’t crap together. I would bet $ the...
