“Excellent scenic location next to the river. Amazing breakfast choices. Evening meals were always very good and sometimes exceptional. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would hope to return.”

“Good breakfast”

“Constant noise and heavy fire doors banging until midnight, got woken up by people in the hallway leaving at 6am. The room had a green fire exit light that couldn’t turn off so the room was always lit up even with the other lights off. The lamp in the room was broken. Absolutely no soundproofing anywhere. Plenty of free parking though. Breakfast was included but not a great standard. Bathroom had paint peeling off the windowsills and the shower was slow to drain. There were shower amenities...

“Really lovely staff! Nice bedroom. Spacious with a comfortable bed. Only negative is the power of the shower, but hey, it was still functional. We’d go back for the right price. It’s always great when front of house are so friendly :)”

I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

“Jo was super friendly with great communication. Nice location. Clean room. Tasty breakfast & dinner at the Fountain Inn. Highly recommend!”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite.”

Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. The room was clean but the plumbing very noisy! If you are at the front of the building, the road is very noisy, all through the night, especially if you sleep with the window open, with the hot...
