“I stopped at the Edge property first two weeks of June 2026. The property itself is ideally situated with LK Metro and Soi Bukao approx. 3 - 5 minutes walk behind the property with lots of bars, restaurants and Live music. You are also right on Second Row where you can jump on a bart bus round to Walking street, beach road and the assortment of bars, restaurants and all that goes on there. “It's a small one bedroom condo nice kitchen though could be better with the kitchenware and the stove top wasn't that great.the bed was very comfortable and bathroom was good gave you plenty of liquid soap. Location is good not far from the beach. I would stay there again”

“One thing I wish was made more apparent was that this is a condominium experience not a Hotel experience. Meaning any cleaning will have to be done by yourself which wouldn't be a problem if the price of the stay reflected, unfortunately it does not. ”

“I really wanted to love this place but I just liked it, the building looks cool and great security at the entrance but once in the room it was a little disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable, the WiFi didn’t work and the room was much smaller than expected. Location was great and worth the price, just a few little improvements would have made it fantastic. A big thank you to John who was my contact, great communication and professional. ”
