Vacations Close To Patriots Point

This is the best hotel in the best location on mount pleasant. The boardwalk is a nice relaxing place to walk before and after dinner. The restaurants around shem creek are all very good. We especially like red’s ice house.

The room was clean yes. Staff persons were nice to deal with at all times. No problems at all with any inquiries. A parking lot across the street on Queen Street was very handy. Parking is not cheap in Charleston. Great restaurants nearby. Excellent shopping on King, many other streets the usual tourist items to purchase. Lots of good times.

Location near waterfront park was the best. We stayed in the Enclave across the street and we were glad that we did not have to view the contemporary art in the lobby of the Vendue every time we entered the building. The rooftop bar was a huge disappointment. It was a factor in choosing this hotel but it was empty most of the time and unpleasant to sit in. It was aimed at a younger crowd and the staff was surly.
