“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Electra Palace – das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen! Da wir früher als geplant angekommen sind, wurde uns netterweise ermöglicht, schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit unser Zimmer zu beziehen. So konnten wir direkt entspannt in den Urlaub starten. “Es war alles super, das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet , die Zimmer waren stets sauber und das Personal freundlich. Das einzige Manko für uns war , dass der Lift in unserem Gebäude nicht funktioniert hat und wir mit Kinderwagen einen Umweg gehen mussten zum Zimmer. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass es keine Kellner am Strand gab . In den meisten neuen Hotels kann man Getränke per App bestellen und sie werden gebracht. Sonst war alles Top .”

“El buffet es muy bueno y sus trabajadores son muy agradables. Los baños de la habitacion estandard decepcionantes, muy viejos y pequeños. Ducharte es una odisea sin manchar el suelo. Y la zona donde está es guirilandia. Ahh y lo que más me molesta es que está dirigido a los alemanes y como ellos cenan en nuestra hora de merienda, la cena era de 6 a 9.15. Con lo que debíamos bajar a la 8 y poco a cenar...”

“Great hotel Clean and tidy”

“We had a wonderful time at the Olympic Palace on our family vacation. The property sat across the street from the ocean and had designated spot for guests to relax on chairs. The hotel was very clean. The spa was a nice treat- I went twice. There were enough pool areas to accommodate the guests without feeling overly crowded in June. My son throughly enjoyed his pool time in the kids pool area. We stumbled on the kids club one night while we were out and loved that they had that for the children...

“We absolutely loved this resort and the staff. The property, the room, the people and the food was excellent! The only hiccup was the spa where they had less experienced staff providing services which didn’t match the pricing. They made up for it though with compensating us with a better price — very classy on them. I would definitely come back ! Thank you to the staff!”

“A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). We stayed in a room facing the street and the noise from early mornings sometimes bothered us, the room should have at...
