Vacations Close To Arrecife de Puerto Morelos National Park

The cleaning staff are great — very kind, professional, and doing an excellent job. The hotel itself is very nice, and overall the property has a lot of potential. The staff around the pool are also excellent — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, my first impression at reception was very disappointing. The welcome was not warm at all, and the way the receptionist communicated with me made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. There was also very little explanation about the hotel facilities, particularly the restaurants — which ones were open, their opening days and hours, or how reservations worked. This is important because some restaurants are not open every day, and popular options such as the steakhouse and Italian restaurant often have waiting lists. Guests should be clearly informed about this at check-in so they can plan their stay and make reservations in advance. A hotel can have beautiful facilities, but the arrival experience matters enormously because reception creates the first impression. Unfortunately, in my case, that was the worst part of the experience. The service from the cleaning and pool staff was excellent and showed how different the experience can be when guests are welcomed and looked after properly.
