Vacations Close To Wild Park Frankfurt Oder

The suites are wonderful very clean and spacious. In our group we had 3 rooms. The rooms had very small trash cans which can be sort of annoying. One room had the snacks missing upon entry. So I hope I don’t get charged for them. The line to speak with a hotel agent was super long and when I spoke with housekeeping or anyone about an issue it took hours for them to respond. Also, another room in the party had a shower that backed up. Luckily we are all family so they showered in another room. They sent someone to drain it and they shot draino in it but it didn’t work. The last room was chillen though. Also, food and snacks highly expensive. I guess that comes with the territory of location but 6.00 for a can of soda is crazy to me

Nice place. Great staff. Couple weird things. The bed is on a platform that juts out. Major tripping hazard. Especially at night. Also make sure your window curtains are closed because the shower is a glass fishbowl that exposes you to the room and beyond. Kinda annoying if your partner is sleeping and you need light in the bathroom. Bring your own food to the pool because that place is expensive.

We stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! We had family and friends join us, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make his celebration special. A huge shoutout to Dede, the VIP Coordinator, who was absolutely amazing. She made sure every detail was taken care of and helped create such a memorable experience for my husband and our whole group. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself was lovely, and it was clear the staff took pride in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Between the accommodations and the personal touches from the team, this weekend turned into an unforgettable celebration. Thank you to Dede and the entire staff for making my husband's birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!

Beautiful hotel! Pool was amazing, We had the 3 bedroom river view for our girls trip and it was absolutely perfect and the views are incredible! Would definitely stay again! Close to everything
