Frankfurt an der Oder Vacations

My daughter is handicapped needs a wheel chair to go distances . She can use her forearm crutches to transfer. We rented the wheel chair for her to use. The hotel as no where she could sit to wait for a taxi or a vehicle to transport her. Its not ADA accessible at all. The room door was good just nothing outside of the room was acceptable. No benches or chairs to rest at if she had her crutches and needed to wait or rest for anything. She will never be able to stay here again. We were on a nice family vacation though we had covered all are passes renting a scooter getting a handicapped room. Bits like I said once outside of the room it was not prepared or willing to help with bench a chair somewhere she could wait.

Love the location. Close to everything. Room was a little dated but has good space. Staff are friendly and very close to a Walgreens so it was a plus.

Hotel was great, gambling not somuch. Prices are high for everything

Pool was nice

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
