“Great little calm oasis in Vientiane. Loved to stay here, nice and quiet poolside, mostly adults, very tranquil. Rooms are fairly small (King Heritage) but have balcony or patio which is very nice to use. Only downside was no outdoor eating breakfast (strange to me..) and the shower set up in a bathtub was a bit strange as water splurged everywhere in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and polite and all smiles. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Vientiane!”

“Concerning the maintenance of the room, past experience was great but in this booking for 2 twins river view which i paid. My colleague was given a room (529) that has smell of cigarettes smoke usage. The first attempt to switch was not possible according to front desk person who claimed no room available. I had to request a supervisor to intervene to made switch possible for my colleague. I hope this is not a standard of a high status hotel which i frequently used when i am in Vientiane”

“Very helpful reception staff, they helped us organising a tailored tour of the surroundings, in addition to always being ready to make our stay even better. We checked out really early and they opened breakfast before time to ensure we had a good meal before taking the train. Location was great, close to everything and to the beautiful Mekong.”
