Pleasant, honest staff (I left about US$50 in my pants and brought my clothes to the laundry - the $ was returned the next day with a smile). Had breakfast buffet every day while I was there dinner 2x and laundry = US$59, a bargain by any standard. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to the river and many shops and small, delicious restaurants, and local massage. Highly recommended.

I didn’t know how to make domestic phone calls in Laos. Mr. Bounmy was very helpful in calling for me and arranging taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is a very nice hotel, breakfast is well made and served, the gym, the pool and pool deck were beautifully done.

日系ホテル以外では珍しい、日本式のシャワートイレ（東南アジア式のシャワーの蛇口を自分で下に運ぶタイプでなく、TOTOのウォシュレット）が付いていたのが特に良かったです。その他のサービスや設備も、空港送迎があり、朝食のビュッフェは種類が多く味も良く、衛生や外観も良く、高級ホテルにふさわしいものでした。ただ石鹸やトイレットペーパーのような消耗品は、日本のビジネスホテル並みに、余裕を持って予備を置いてもらった方がよいと思いました（海外のホテルでは、少なめにしか置いてないことは時々あるので、私は予備を持参していましたが）。
