The room had flies inside as i just stayed for night so didn’t inform. I had requested for smoking room but they didn’t provide. The staff was not friendly at all. The card key didn’t work had to get it fixed each time i come in. Too far ages to reach this place.

Staff did not alert or notice that or when water would be shut off. They did not offers any type of alternative to the situation. Room was dirty, stains on the wall, stains on the curtain. Would not recommend for 100 euros a night!!

Kind people but not very comfortable :(

Hotel with free parking close to Le Bourget metro station. Reception people kind and very helpful. But rooms not very comfortable. The hamd shower was broken and the top madresses both slided to the floor after a short sleep.. If a hotel doesn't invest in good and comfortable beds, of course you'll not ome back.Also a little dirty, and the room smelled of cigaret smoke :( Breakfast not delicious too. Like the owner is stingy and don't focus on the guests' comfort.

Nous avons passé un bon petit séjour ,bien chauffé ,le ménage est fait chaque jour ,transports à proximité. Par contre si vous voulez un café c'est 3€ le café un peu cher ,il manque un distributeur à café à l'accueil .
