The rooms were big and spacious. We stayed for a week and we had to request for them to clean the room after day 3. We ran out of towels and toilet paper. They came and helped us quickly. We would stay here again.
Location and nice comfortable room. Accommodating staff.
I like everything except I have to ask for towels and sheets. They should be included or at list to be advertised for us to us to include them. The restaurant should include more variety of meals on its menu. The service was excellent overall. I recommend this place.
Too far from Paris. Was charged for breakfast. Then there was that surprise at the end about paying $100 in taxes I knew nothing about. Nobody spoke English and cheap tickets advertise they speak English. Also the pool was locked and we could not use it.
Poor value at £190 with pool closed unexpectedly. Added on to disney stay to make travelling easier but expensive for a room.
Would use again. Shuttle bus to CDG airport. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was good with varied choice and sometimes themed nights i.e. Korean, Indian. Convenient local bus to a shopping mall and as I needed to buy a new suitcase was a blessing.
Excellent communication, staff from the hotel as engineers were delayed getting to the hotel. left detailed instructions on how to access everything including electricity in the rooms
It was a good 1 night stay. Stuff was friendly and accommodating to some special needs.
Good location about five mins from the metro Really nice and helpful staff I asked them to print off my boarding pass and this was done straight away and also my taxi was waiting for me in the morning to take me to the airport
A hotel with 'real' history. Perfectly placed on the main street of Ile Saint Louis, with numerous speciality shops and eating places in close proximity. The island had a great feel and was away from the hustle and bustle. The entrance is discreet, but once inside the hotel opens up and the exposed ...
Hotel close to subway, staff makes effort to accommodate ai breakfast crew
Clean, simple hotel close to disney and with lovely views over the golf courses. A bit clinical and boring in comparison to others nearby that doesn’t make it sophisticated- more lacking some character. My son,7y, prefers the Marriott Village- and I would agree if you want to be more independent ...
We originally booked with Olympic, however, were relocated to a hotel around the corner due to street construction. The new hotel, Hotel Alpha, was a very pleasant stay. Our early check in request was graciously accommodated. No extra paperwork needed upon arrival so check In was a breeze. We arrived ...
Good location in a nice relaxed part of Paris. Hotel room was quiet, dark, and got a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good. Would return.
Good location, comfortable room, very good bathroom. Some of the furniture is a little bit tired.
Location was very convenient to Disneyland Paris and the highway. Breakfast was very good.
Good, quiet location near the metro. Very clean room, bathroom almost brand new. Friendly staff. Nice courtyard. For a two-star hotel in Paris, this is great value. The only drawback is that you can sometimes hear a bit of noise from the corridor and other rooms.
We only stayed one night to be near the football match. The hotel was easy to find, within easy walking distance (3-5 minutes) of the metro, and near plenty of good restaurants. It was clean with a new bathroom, comfortable bed, and very nice breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and ...
