Quite nice hotel, spacious rooms, with a really nice outdoor area and the staff was super friendly. The hotel seems to be going through some intense renovation work on the ground floor but it really did not bother us at all, it just looked a bit like a work in progress

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. The hotel is very stylishly decorated and the lobby and bar areas are lovely spaces to enjoy. Nice touches inside for kids including a piano and table football. We loved the outdoor area and used the pool, the kids climbing area, the basketball and putting. Lovely outdoor terrace for al fresco dining.

Overnight stay at the end of a Disneyland Paris trip, This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The hotel is a short 10-15 minute drive from DLP either down the A4 or some back roads. We’ve found the Novotel better value than the DLP nearby partner hotels, and they have started to add on parking fees which is incredibly annoying. Parking is included at Novotel, which most people would reasonably expect. The Novotel rooms are well equipped with a fridge included and a modern bathroom. We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, which turned into two singles and was comfortable for our family of four. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. There is a nearby Carrefour a short drive away if you need to get any supplies. We will stay here again for any future Disney trips.

Hotel is well maintained, great if you are with kids as it has a playground where kids can play while you enjoy a drink in the outside bar. There is also an outdoor swimming pool which conveniently was open while we were there given the unprecedented heatwave. Staff is very nice and helpful The hotel is a bit out of the way so make sure you book breakfast with them as you don't have any other options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is slightly overpriced but given the lack of alternatives, a decent dinner option

On arrival the reception area decor is lovely but it doesn't get any better than that. Rooms are grubby , our bed sheets were full of stains , stains on nets/curtains, it needed a good clean looks as if staff do the bare minimum. There was 4 of us yet only 1 towel. Luckily we had our own. Fridge doesn't work we was in room 260 and the fridge is hotter inside than in the room. There is no air con , but there was a portable fan in the room. We didn't eat in the restaurant or drink but food that we did see is somewhere we wouldn't eat. They have kids gaming area adjacent to reception and also some free arcade games but that's is the only good thing about the hotel. Wouldn't recommend And wouldn't return. This is meant to be a 4star hotel? Not sure how France rate their hotels but it should be a 2star at the very maximum.

The hotel was really lovely, staff were great but the room was so hot. Air con didn’t work and the window only opened slightly. We arrived at this hotel about 10pm, so it was too late to didn’t have a good night sleep because it was so hot in our room.
