“Great communication. Fabulous location in the middle of everything and a very short walk to the beach.”

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”

“Smaller than pictured. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and views. Easy parking. Adjacent to a very noisy street all the way to 2am in the summer. Not pleasant on hot days due to lack of a/c, and difficult to sleep with open windows due to noise. The renter needs to be in decent physical shape to climb two tall flights of narrow stairs with luggage.”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

“This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised. The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay. Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!”
