We were happy we upgraded. The rooms were great. The gold lounge was fabulous. The staff was very accommodating. Food was very good.
The only issue we had was our bill at the end it was incorrect and it took a week after we left to receive the refund on the over charge.
When I called to follow up no one called me back. It was resolved in the end, it just took time and patience waiting, hoping that it would be corrected.
Thank you for a great experience at the hotel. I will certainly return.
I was very happy to be there for my 70th birthday.

Room was not quite clean — stains on bedding, ice cream in freezer leftover from previous guests, etc.
Important to note that parking is not on site.
Room is essentially an apartment, complete with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a separate room.
